Lexis Prep Executive Director, Walt Karniski, M.D. handpicked each of our educators, ensuring that each has a vast understanding of childhood and adolescent development. Dr. Karniski, himself, is a board-certified Developmental Pediatrician who delivers decades of experience working with and studying a broad range of developmentally challenged children and adolescents.

Alongside Curriculum Advisor Lois Delaney, M.A., Dr. Karniski designed and implemented the highly effective Tampa Day School academic program for children who learn differently. This progressive model has proven successful for well over a decade and is now poised to accomplish the same level of achievement at Lexis Prep.    

In addition, Lexis Prep’s Professional Advisory Board is populated by a diverse array of seasoned experts eager to contribute their proficiencies in such fields as Special Education, Psychology, Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics and Educational Leadership.
