Robin Taylor has returned to Lexis for a second year and “looped” with her students to teach them in fourth and fifth grades this school year. Robin came to Lexis Prep from Ohio where she grew up and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Ohio State University. She continued her education at Loyola University, Chicago, where she obtained her Masters degree in Special Education. After graduation, Robin taught children with special needs (ADHD, Aspergers, Autism, OCD) through a program funded by the Ohio State Department of Education. In addition, she worked in several self-contained settings and headed an early intervention daycare/ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) program for children on the Autism spectrum.
Robin enjoys running, hiking, and relaxing with her husband and dog. She is also an avid Ohio State football fan. Go Bucks!
